Welcome to Spoonie Support
for A Grateful Life!
I am Tea (A.K.A. Celeste Violet), your Spoonie Support Sister!
Welcome to Spoonie Support 💜
This space wasn’t built from perfection.
It was built from real days… the hard ones, the slow ones, the “I’m doing my best and that has to be enough” ones.
If you’re living with chronic illness, fatigue, pain, or navigating something your body didn’t ask for…
you’re not alone here.
This isn’t a place to push harder.
It’s a place to soften, to find tools that actually help, and to take what you need - without pressure.
Inside, you’ll find:
-
gentle support tools and printable resources
-
blog posts and lived experiences (Currently Rebuilding The Blog)
-
simple ways to care for yourself (on your terms)
-
a pantry + recipe corner for low-energy nourishment
Everything here is designed to meet you where you are…
not where you think you should be.
Take your time.
Move slowly.
Come back whenever you need.
💜 You’re allowed to do life differently here.

I’m a quirky soul who adores science fiction, vintage storybooks, and getting lost in nature - and I can’t resist a good laugh.
I firmly believe soup is good food… and laughter might just be the best medicine we’ve got. When I’m not busy being a proud soup connoisseur, I’m usually dabbling in art, crafts, or music - my favorite kinds of therapy.
So… what about you?
What quirky little rituals help keep you sane?

what is a spoonie?
you might ask yourself
So here’s the heart of it…
A “spoonie” is someone who uses spoon theory to explain what it’s like to live with limited energy—especially when dealing with chronic illness, pain, or fatigue.
Think of your energy like a handful of spoons.
Every little thing costs one… or three… or ten. And once you’ve used them up, there’s no pushing through without consequences. You rest, you reset, and you learn to choose what matters most.
That’s where the word “spoonie” comes in—it’s a way of saying, “Hey… my energy works a little differently.”
It’s also become a whole community of people who understand the invisible stuff—the kind you don’t have to explain over and over again.
It’s not just one condition either. People living with things like chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Migraine, Rheumatoid arthritis, and more often connect through it.
At the end of the day…
being a spoonie just means you’re learning how to care for yourself in a world that doesn’t always slow down.
About Me
I’m a quirky, crafty, artsy spoonie… a proud dog mom, loving wife, and storyteller at heart.
Life has thrown me more than a few curveballs, and I’ve had to reinvent myself more times than I can count. Somewhere along the way, I stopped trying to do things the “right” way… and started doing them my way.
These days, that looks like sharing what actually helps me:
-
gluten-free recipes and pantry finds
-
tools that make daily life a little easier
-
real-life moments (the good, the messy, and everything in between)
I also tell my story through music as part of Gala Violet… and through the airwaves as a DJ and radio host. Music has a way of holding things words can’t-and I lean into that.
Most people know me as Tea - but I’ve answered to quite a few names over the years. Celeste Violet, Is newer ... and honestly? I’ll probably answer to “Hey You” if the vibe is right 😏
I’m really glad you found your way here.
This isn’t a place for pressure or perfection.
It’s just a space to share, explore, and maybe find something that makes your day a little easier… or a little brighter.
If something here helps you… take it. If not, leave it. No pressure.

Are You Trying To Juggle Spoons?

Some days feel like this…
trying to keep everything in the air while your energy has other plans.
I’ve been there more times than I can count.
Over time, I started finding little things that actually made life easier -
not perfect, not magical fixes… just real, doable shifts.
Things like:
-
simple tools that help me manage my energy
-
gluten-free finds that don’t feel like a compromise
-
small routines that make the day feel a little more manageable
That’s what you’ll find here.
Not advice.
Not pressure.
Just things I’ve tried, tested, and kept—because they help.
If something works for you, take it.
If not, leave it. No guilt, no expectations.
And if nothing else…
just know you’re not the only one learning how to juggle it all.
💜
Hugs, love, and a few extra spoons,
—Tea 🐻🥄

This is the room where nothing has to make sense. Pajamas are encouraged.
Dancing is optional… but highly recommended. Sometimes you just need music, a little movement, and something that reminds you you’re still alive in your body - even on the weird days. So… pick a track, hit play, and let the bears do their thing.
No rules. Just rhythm.
Go on… you know you want to.
There are a few more doors below if you feel like wandering…
About The Doors 🚪✨
Some things in life don’t unfold in a straight line… they open in doors.
Each one leads somewhere a little different - a story, a season, a version of me I’ve been getting to know again.
Some are light. Some are strange. Some are still unfolding.
These doors became part of my creative recovery… a way of following curiosity instead of forcing direction.
You don’t have to open all of them. Just the ones that call to you.
Thanks for dropping in!
I appreciate you more than a cat loves a sunny window ☀️🐾
Take your time… poke around… follow whatever catches your eye.
There’s no right way to be here—just little things to discover along the way.

I hope your day is Delightful!
