We accidentally started collecting recipes.

Somewhere along the way, it became a whole little universe.

Dimension 5 is where gluten-free comfort food meets late-night radio, creative recovery, colorful kitchens, spoonie survival, impossible snacks, and the kind of curiosity that usually ends with someone saying:

Hi. We’re Celeste & Mickey.

A couple of curious spoonies who somehow turned gluten-free recipes, late-night radio, art projects, strange stories, playlists, and impossible ideas into one delightfully odd little universe.

We’re currently unpacking everything from our previous website after it unexpectedly disappeared into the internet void. (Rude.)
